  • We designed and delivered a suite of graphic assets to support a national awareness campaign, ensuring a consistent, high-quality visual identity across all channels.

    Working closely with campaign stakeholders, we developed a clear and accessible visual approach that could be used by hundreds of partner organisations across the UK. This included creating a flexible set of branded assets that could be easily adapted for different contexts, while maintaining a strong and recognisable campaign identity.

    Our work covered a wide range of outputs, including a published report, social media graphics, digital toolkits, event materials and campaign branding, all designed to communicate key messages clearly and effectively to a broad audience.

    A key focus was simplicity and usability.   • We were brought in to support a FTSE100’s newly launched e-commerce website that was struggling to grow its online audience and generate sales in its target country.

    Following a review of existing content, we identified that messaging lacked clarity, consistency and a strong call to action. We developed a new copywriting approach focused on clear, engaging and conversion-driven messaging tailored to the platform’s target audience.

    This included rewriting and refining website copy, social media copy, captions and campaign messaging, with a focus on increasing engagement, strengthening brand voice and encouraging audience growth.   • We were brought in to review a national sports company’s social media channels - predominantly Instagram - and to design and implement a plan to increase their number of followers and improve engagement.

    Through a careful review of their output and follower engagement, we designed a completely new strategy and social media plan.

    Over a period of four weeks we implemented the plan, creating templates for future content delivery and also launching a contest campaign to attract new followers.

    By the end of this phase of work, we grew their following from 6,000 to over 26,000. Within three months, their following had grown to over 120,000 followers, and it now sits at almost 160,000 followers.
